General Gym Information:

  • What are your gym's hours of operation? We are open 24/7 for member access.

  • Do you have personal trainers? Not on staff, but we are happy to refer you to local trainers.

  • Is there parking available? Yes, in front of the building and on E Main St.

Facilikey:

  • How do I use Facilikey? You will receive a separate email from Facilikey with login instructions.

  • Facilikey cannot find my location. Please make sure your location services is ON for the app.

  • Why does Facilikey say I don’t have an active account? Either your membership is expired or you just renewed and the Facilikey system has not received the message from our Mindbody Software. Please give the system up to 20 minutes to update.

Memberships:

  • How do I sign up for a membership? You can sign up for a membership online through our website on the Membership page.

  • Can I try the gym before committing to a membership? Yes, we recommend purchasing a day pass. If you purchase a membership, we will refund you the day pass.

  • Can I freeze or cancel my membership? Yes, just text 530-616-8720 or email us, healthybodiesquincy@gmail.com

  • What is included in my membership? Your membership includes 24/7 access to the gym.

  • How do I update my billing information? You can update your billing information online through your Mindbody member portal or by contacting us directly.

Classes:

  • What types of classes do you offer? Our gym hosts Lost Sierra Circuit Classes Wednesday-Fridays

  • How do I sign up for classes? Check out Lost Sierra Circuit

  • Are there fees for classes? Yes, there are monthly and drop in memberships available.

Other:

  • Do you have a dress code? We ask that members wear appropriate workout attire, including closed-toe shoes.

  • What is your policy on guests? Guests must complete the New Member Registration online and purchase a Day Pass.
